Candida Albicans: Do you have Candida?
NeuroWellness
Candida Albicans is a single celled living fungal yeast organism that normally lives in the mouth, on your skin, and in your intestinal tract. Candida is not harmful if it is kept under control by beneficial bacteria (probiotics) like acidophilus.
A Small Amount of Yeast is Normal in the Digestive Tract .The flora (healthy bacteria) normally found in the digestive tract uses the yeast as food, thereby keeping the yeast in check. However, under certain conditions, like birth control pills, cortisone shots or creams, antibiotics and other drugs, poor diet, stress, infections can destroy these bacteria. The yeast then grows out of control, penetrates the intestinal walls, enters the bloodstream and travels to different parts of you body excreting toxic waste. An infection, which has spread to other parts of the body, is known as a "systemic infection" (throughout the system). The yeast changes form and grows roots into tissues, organs, muscles and bones. In order to regain or achieve good health, infections must be removed from all parts of the body. This process may take several months, in order to be effective.
Thrushes, rashes, infections of the ear, nose, and throat, gas, diarrhea or constipation are all possible indicators.
Infection growth in everyone is subject to different conditions; therefore, the rate at which an infection grows is different for all of us. Many experience an infection overgrowth after taking antibiotics. The more antibiotics you have taken in your lifetime, the higher your infection level is likely to be. Stress, bad food and water, or exposures to a person with an infection outbreak can also be contributing factors. Infections usually worsen with age, little by little, year after year. They eventually cause serious life-threatening diseases.
The fact that this infection usually goes unnoticed for many years does not mean it is not a SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEM. Take control of your health and well being. You do not need to become crippled by life-threatening diseases in the years to come. You can maintain superior health into your golden years.
